At Kloud Bambu, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and aim to provide you with a hassle-free return or exchange process.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return or exchange products within 30 days from the original order date. To initiate a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
- The returned goods must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- They should be accompanied by their original packaging and tags.
- The items must be in the same condition as when you received them, or they may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. To safeguard your return, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.
To start the return process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Your Order ID
- The product name or product ID you wish to return
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number and note this number in your return. We do not accept any returns without this authorization number.
For USA Domestic Shipments:
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item. Once your return is authorized, we will process your refund, deducting any applicable shipping charges. If your initial purchase included free shipping, the incurred shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure that authorized returns are sent back in their original form and packaging. The return must be received within 14 days from the date the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
For International Shipments:
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item. If your initial purchase included free shipping, the incurred shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. If any duties and taxes were imposed by the destination countries and/or the USA before the package is released for return to us, we will deduct these fees from your refund. Please ensure that authorized returns are sent back in their original form and packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Please be aware that certain situations may result in only partial refunds after shipping fees (and imported/duties taxes, if applicable, for international shipments). Items not in their original condition, returned beyond 30 days after delivery, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are non-returnable.
Once we receive the item, we will promptly credit your account and send you a copy of the refund memo.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status – whether it has been approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, we will proceed to process your refund, with the credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
- Get in touch with your bank, as there is often a processing period before the refund is posted.

Please note that all international orders and purchases with a discount of 25% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
We only provide exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. To qualify for an exchange, you must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and detailed photos of the defect, and we will be happy to assist you.
If you received an item marked as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once we receive it. In the case where the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue a refund to the purchaser and notify them of the return.
